We came up empty-handed in our search for a grain- and gluten-free granola that was light and crunchy but not sticky and overly sugary from dates, honey or other natural sweeteners,. So, we made it ourselves.
Our unique blend of nuts and coconut flakes is barely sweetened with a kiss of small-batch Vermont maple syrup. The natural sweetness of our ingredients is enhanced with award-winning Heilala double-fold vanilla extract, Vietnamese cinnamon and hand-toasted cardamom seed. We then roast our small batches low and slow, hand mixing throughout the baking process, to create our satisfying, crunchy clusters.
This flavor is our favorite for breakfast as a scrumptious low-carb "granola" for your yogurt, chia pudding, overnight oats and smoothie bowls - or a guilt- free treat by the handful! Customers have told us it its a like healthy upgrade for Honey Bunches of Oats; others say it reminds them of Cinnamon Toast Crunch without the inflammatory, sugary junk. Either way, we have your new favorite Paleo- & Keto-friendly breakfast "cereal!"
